Anaconda

Anacondas are large reptiles living in South American Rain forest, such as Amazon. The most familiar species is the Green anaconda. Has been noted as the largest snake in the world. It can grow to be 5.21 m (17 feet long) in length and the weight about 97.5 Kg (215 lb), may larger than that the largest Anaconda is in record for the movment in legnth longer than 24 feet ( 7.5m), typically dark green with alternating oval black spots. It has found in Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela, Ecuador, Guianas, Peru Trinidad, Bolivia and Andes spreaded all over the South Amercan Forest.

The yellow Anaconda is much smaller, living in Eastern Bolivia, Southern Brazil, Paraguay and Northeastern Argentina. But recently it has been found in Sri lanka too, for the first time has been found in Anuradapura gungles.

All three species are aquatic reptiles that prey on other aquatic animals. including Fish, River Fowl, Caiman, Capybaras. Some accounts exist of Anacondas preying on domestic animals such as Goats and ponies too, the ventures which are too closer to the water.

Here I have attached a vedio of originally made at the time during a attack of a Anaconda.
